These Terms & Conditions describe the rules and expectations for using Rewired Society, including the website, membership platform, community, courses, challenges, resources, and related communications.

1. Use of Rewired Society
Rewired Society is a membership and community platform. By using Rewired Society, you agree to use the site, community, and related services respectfully, lawfully, and in a way that does not interfere with other members or the operation of the platform.
2. Membership Access
Access to certain areas, content, features, courses, resources, challenges, live calls, or community spaces may depend on your membership status and payment status. Rewired Society may update, change, add, or remove content and features over time.
3. BE + DO = HAVE Challenge
BE + DO = HAVE is a challenge experience inside Rewired Society. It is not a separate payment tier unless stated otherwise. Challenge content, prompts, videos, support, and related materials may be updated, changed, or removed over time.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Rewired Society does not store full payment card details. Your use of payment services may also be subject to the payment provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
5. SMS Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Rewired Society, you agree to receive recurring text messages related to Rewired Society and the BE + DO = HAVE Challenge, including challenge reminders, prompts, live call reminders, community updates, and related membership messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

6. No Guarantees
Rewired Society provides educational, coaching, mindset, community, and personal development support. Results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on many factors, including your choices, actions, consistency, circumstances, and participation.
7. Community Conduct
Members should be respectful, supportive, and mindful of others. Rewired Society may remove content, restrict access, or terminate membership access if someone violates community standards, misuses the platform, or acts in a way that harms the community or other members.
